Full design and build of a complete second-level outdoor living space: pool, hardscape, outdoor kitchen, lounge deck and landscaping.
The challenge: This pool sits on a second-level deck rather than on grade. A full shell of water is enormous live weight in a spot never framed to carry it.
The solution: Substantial structural reinforcement, engineered and built into the level below before the shell went in, so the deck carries the pool as if it had always been part of the plan.
