Pacific Poolscapes is a licensed contractor based in Rancho Mission Viejo, California, providing pool and landscape construction services throughout Orange County. Our services include, but are not limited to:
We hold California Contractor's License #874128 with the following classifications: C27 Landscaping, C53 Swimming Pool, and C-61/D35 Pool & Spa Maintenance.
Any estimates, proposals, or project renderings provided by Pacific Poolscapes are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding agreement. Estimates are based on information available at the time of assessment and are subject to change based on site conditions, material availability, design modifications, or other unforeseen factors.
No work will commence and no agreement shall be considered binding until a formal written contract has been signed by both the Client and an authorized representative of Pacific Poolscapes, and any required deposits have been received.
Payment schedules, amounts, methods, and due dates will be outlined in your individual project contract. Payments are generally structured around project milestones. Late payments may result in work stoppage, additional charges, or other remedies as specified in your contract.
Pacific Poolscapes reserves the right to place a mechanic's lien on the property in accordance with California law for any unpaid balances related to work performed or materials furnished.
While Pacific Poolscapes makes every reasonable effort to complete projects within the estimated timeline, project schedules are approximations and not guarantees. Timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
Pacific Poolscapes will communicate any anticipated delays promptly and work to minimize their impact on the overall project schedule.
Pacific Poolscapes stands behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. General warranty coverage is provided on all projects. Specific warranty terms, durations, coverage, and exclusions will be detailed in your individual project contract and may vary by project scope and component.
Warranties do not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, lack of proper maintenance, unauthorized modifications, acts of nature, or normal wear and tear. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to Pacific Poolscapes within the applicable warranty period.
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Pacific Poolscapes' total liability to the Client for any claims arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client under the applicable project contract.
Pacific Poolscapes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use, loss of revenue, or loss of property value, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability.
Nothing in these terms shall limit liability for damages caused by willful misconduct or gross negligence.
All designs, renderings, plans, drawings, specifications, and related creative materials produced by Pacific Poolscapes remain the sole and exclusive property of Pacific Poolscapes until the project has been completed and all payments under the contract have been received in full.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Pacific Poolscapes' designs or materials is strictly prohibited. Designs created for one project may not be shared with or used by third-party contractors without the express written consent of Pacific Poolscapes.
Upon full payment, the Client receives a license to use the completed design for the specific project and property for which it was created. Pacific Poolscapes retains the right to photograph and use completed projects for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or any project contract, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If informal resolution is unsuccessful, the parties agree to submit the dispute to mediation before a mutually agreed-upon mediator in Orange County, California.
If mediation is unsuccessful, any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. All work performed by Pacific Poolscapes is subject to applicable California contractor licensing laws and regulations.
The content on the Pacific Poolscapes website, including text, images, graphics, videos, and other materials, is provided for general informational purposes only.
