Full design and build across the whole property: pool with rock waterfall grotto, outdoor kitchen, hardscape, and complete front yard landscaping.
The challenge: A waterfall grotto lives or dies on the rock work, and this one contains no quarried stone at all. Every rock is formed concrete, which reads as artificial the moment the texture or color falls short.
The solution: The rock was formed and sculpted in concrete on site, then hand-painted in layered natural tones and shadowing, so the grotto reads as native stone rather than a poured structure.
